Refunds & cancellations
This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for CodeExorcist purchases. Payment is processed by Stripe; card networks and your bank may affect how quickly credits appear.
Before we start your review
If you need to cancel and we have not yet begun substantive work on your order, contact us at help@codeexorcist.com. We will cancel the engagement where appropriate and work with Stripe to refund or void the charge in line with this policy.
After we have started
Once we have begun the review (for example, by accessing your repository, analyzing your build, or delivering initial findings), fees are generally non-refundable, because time and expertise have been allocated to your project. We may make exceptions if we are unable to deliver the Service due to our fault, as determined in our reasonable discretion.
How to request help
Email help@codeexorcist.com with your order email and app name so we can find your payment. If you checked out recently and believe you qualify for a refund, ask as soon as possible—waiting makes it harder to unwind work that has already started.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can affect our ability to continue your project.
